Emerald Medical Administration is born from my passion for providing an excellent level of service and care to the administrative role. As a medical administrator, personal assistant or research assistant, I am an integral part of a team that shapes patient outcomes.

I have also recognised the necessity for medical institutions to operate with fluidity, and delegate tasks on a temporary or permanent basis with the option for virtual presence. With a blend of formal medical education and extensive professional experience in healthcare and corporate settings, I am confident I can provide services to support your needs.

My Story
Emerald Medical Administration (EMA) was established by Jessica Blaby, who is on track to complete a Bachelor's degree in Health and Medical Science by 2024.

Her professional experience encompasses:

Offering secretarial and personal assistance to a team of six doctors at a South Australian public hospital

Engaging in technical laboratory services as an officer at two pathology laboratories

Handling recruitment in office administration at an Adelaide-based organization

Providing executive personal assistance to three vice presidents of a major Melbourne-based mining organization
In addition to her professional endeavours, Jessica previously owned and ran a Melbourne-based entertainment booking agency and graphic design company catering to the music industry. She also co-managed and performed in a well-known original band that toured nationally and internationally from 2012 to 2016.
Outside of work, Jessica is a devoted mother of three children, and she enjoys spending her weekends with her family at the local Western suburbs beaches. She also has a personal interest in the science of well-being.
